Calm under the waves

I have the evening to myself, it's such a rare treat that I dont know what to do with myself...sew, read, yoga? Yes to all of the above! I've started off my windy solitude by stealing a few photos of my quiet apartment.

  1. Brilliant! I love the photos, a soft look of a dark place, personal items, a beautiful cat (I do love them), books! If you never did it you should try to find a pen pal and you will see how to occupy your evenings, delighted with a letter and preparing yourself to write one with all your heart. I guess it is the best. I love to read and write, those are surely the things I love the most in my life and penpalling also gives you both, reading isn't only about books and writing isn't only about stories and novels, actually with penpalling you are writing your own story, or you can pick a pal who want to write fictional letters with you and both of you can write a story. Well ideas... sorry if I sound to evasive.

You wrote me a comment about my last post and I wanted to asnwer it. I usually come to the other blog and write my answer, I do not neglect comments or questions from other people in my blog. I have numerous vivid dreams, actually I am involved in occultism and I guess throughout the time I learned to be more conscious in my own dreams, they turned very alive to me and I am a person who is very down to nostalgic things, thoughts, memories, so they really work in my mood. Sometimes they are horrible but somehow I wished to stay there, at least there would be more action. Well, this issue could take pages, but I do not want to bore you, but here's my side.

    Much love,
    Joana

  2. Thank you! I love the dark solidarity of my evenings alone and im glad that my photos reflected that. Do you write letters often? i haven't sent letters by mail in many years but it does seem like such a beautiful form of communication and something I'd love to do.
I've always wanted to learn about the occult as well as other mystic practices. Sometimes when I dream I am aware that I am dreaming and if a situation gets too scary i can wake myself up. I havent been able to control them in any other way but I am very interested to learn more about lucid dreaming.
Thanks for taking the time to read my blog and respond.
